Shipping Information
At Tyre Dispatch, we strive to provide a fast and reliable shipping service to all of our customers across New Zealand. Here is some important information about our shipping options and delivery times.
Order Collection
All orders are collected every weekday between 12 – 1pm. If you place an order before 12pm on a weekday, we guarantee same-day dispatch. Orders placed for pick up are available to pick up during open hours. Purchase in-store and same-day pick up orders are also available.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary based on your location. Here are our estimated delivery timeframes:
- North Island: 1-5 business days
- South Island: 3-10 business days
- Additional 1-3 business days for rural addresses
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by factors outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping prices are calculated based on your postcode and the weight of the tyre. Therefore, not every tyre will have the same shipping fee. Once you provide your postcode during checkout, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically.
Courier Service
We use Toll as our couriers. You will start to receive tracking information once the order has been collected by Toll.
Pick Up Option
If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so at our location at 31 Station Road, Te Puke. Our store is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 3:30pm and on Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
Can I Pay Now and Pick Up at a Later Date?
Yes, any order placed will be available for pick up whenever you are ready. If we have any pick up orders that have been with us for over 3 months, we will contact the customer to remind them.
Same Day Delivery
We do not offer same-day delivery but do offer same-day pick up. A lot of our orders in Bay Of Plenty, Waikato, and Auckland arrive in 1 business day.
Can I Pay with Afterpay In-Store?
No, sorry we cannot accept Afterpay payments in-store. However, you can place the order using the pick-up option and pay through Afterpay that way. Same-day pick up on orders is available.
I Ordered the Wrong Size
If you have placed an order and need to change your size or cancel the order, please contact us at Tyredispatch@gmail.com, and we will be able to assist you further.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
